Your new role

As the Senior Finance Officer, you’ll report directly to the Finance Director and lead a small finance team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations, delivering accurate and timely reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing annual accounts for audit and finalising monthly management accounts
  • Producing cash flow forecasts and supporting medium to long-term financial planning
  • Overseeing VAT returns and statutory submissions
  • Reviewing departmental budgets and actual performance
  • Supporting treasury management and insurance documentation
  • This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
