Your new role
You will join as a Finance Manager on a fixed-term contract until February 2027, based at the Belfast site. In this role, you’ll oversee financial and operational performance reporting, manage daily accounting processes, and lead the Finance Team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing Accounts Payable, Receivable, operational accounting, and reception.
  • Supporting team development and conducting performance reviews.
  • Completing month-end processes: closing ledgers, reviewing accruals, posting depreciation, and preparing management accounts.
  • Overseeing VAT returns, payroll, pensions, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Managing fixed assets, expenses, credit cards, and bank accounts.
  • Handling statutory payments and liaising with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Assisting with annual budgeting and providing payroll/staffing data.
What you'll need to succeed
  • A minimum 2:1 Honours degree.
  • Professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ manufacturing PQE.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High computer literacy and knowledge of UK and international accounting standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable: People management experience and exposure to process improvement or ERP implementation.
