You will be working for a well-known organisation based in Birmingham. The role is until March 25 with a possible 1 year further extension. This role is outside IR35 and the requirement is to be on-site 1–2 days a week.

Your new role

My clients are looking for a Finance Business Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis. Oracle Fusion and ERP is a must-have for this role. Public sector experience is also essential for this role and candidates without the above experiences may not be considered for the role.

• Collaborate with the Oracle Business Change delivery partner to comprehend the technical changes and their impact on the broader business operations.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across the wider business to understand in detail any operational impact on the business.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders.
• Conduct Business Readiness Assessment at a detailed level across the wider business
• Coordinate with the Comms & Engagement Lead and Training Lead to integrate output actions from the Change Impact Assessment into the Business Change Plan.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Change Lead to identify and agree upon action items from the Change Impact Assessment, ensuring they are consistent with the Business Change Plan.
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers and issues related to the delivery of the Business Change Plan.
• Contribute to the overall Business Change Plan, including providing progress updates and reports according to the agreed PMO calendar.

• Extensive experience in implementing business change around back office / ERP / Finance, as well as the wider operational stakeholder groups
• Extensive experience working as a business change specialist in previous ERP implementations, within Oracle Cloud
• Extensive experience of identifying the impact of the changes on individual stakeholder groups
• Experience of documenting detailed impacts using a Change Impact Assessment
• Ability to analyse complex problems and help implement change in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to produce professional quality documentation
