Finance Revenue Manager

Your new role

As Finance Revenue Manager, you’ll lead the revenue and billing operations, driving improvements across financial processes including WIP, billing, cash collection, client accounting, and disbursements. You’ll manage a team and play a key role in implementing new systems and technologies to enhance efficiency. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll be responsible for critical reporting functions, system optimisation, audit preparation, and integration of finance processes for new ventures. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic influence across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role, ideally within professional services
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a logical mindset and attention to detail
  • Prior team management experience and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools like PowerBI
  • Experience implementing new systems and refining financial processes
  • Ability to meet daily, monthly, and annual deadlines with consistent reporting
  • Knowledge of SRA Accounts rules and AML/KYC processes (advantageous but not essential)
  • Self-motivated, emotionally intelligent, and driven to add value
