Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality financial partnering to regeneration and joint venture teams, supporting informed decision‑making and performance management.
- Secure appropriate funding for all related activities, working with external financial institutions, partners, and internal teams on debt and equity requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete balance sheets for regeneration and joint venture portfolios, supported by regular financial reporting.
- Work with tax specialists to manage tax matters and implement efficient tax structures.
- Oversee strong project accounting to ensure clarity, control, and compliance across all projects.
- Support senior finance leaders in developing and updating complex financial models for major or atypical projects.
- Collaborate with strategic planning teams to integrate regeneration and joint venture activities into long‑term organisational plans.
