Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering exclusively and confidentially with a rapidly growing services group. With continued expansion and significant investment across the group, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a Finance Director role within one of their largest divisions.

As Finance Director, you will lead the financial management, reporting and operational finance activities for the division. This is a hands‑on and commercially focused leadership role, partnering closely with the senior leadership team.

• Lead month-end, financial reporting, financial controls and statutory

• Act as a senior business partner to Partners and operational leaders

• Develop financial reporting packs, KPIs and analysis for strategic decision-making

• Support acquisition integration and alignment of financial processes

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles

• Drive process improvements, automation and financial discipline

• Lead, support and develop a small finance team

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (ACA beneficial)

• Strong experience in financial control, reporting and month-end ownership

• Background in professional services

• Experienced in managing and developing small finance teams

• Confident, commercially minded and able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
You should also be comfortable commuting across multiple offices within the south east region

• Salary of £90,000–£110,000

• Hybrid model – 3 days in office
