Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial business support and collaborate closely on projects to build strong partnerships and act as a trusted advisor, delivering real-time insights, analysis, and added value to support informed decision-making. What you'll need to succeed
- You will be a part or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / CIPFA), with recent relevant experience in a similar role.
- A Charity or Not-For-Profit background is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of accrued and deferred revenue will be useful in this role.
- You will have worked at a transactional level (posting income journals etc), as well as having experience of producing management accounts, reconciling balance sheets, month-end and finance business partnering.
- You will be an excellent communicator showcasing confidence when liaising with colleagues across the organisation, along with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
- Confidence in using finance systems and good Excel knowledge is essential.
