Hays Senior Finance is partnering with a respected Housing Association to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner to support the training, development and roll out of
Briks business planning, supporting the Head of Finance and working with a diverse range of stakeholders. This position is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong modelling and business partnering experience, and an expert user of Briks housing.

The Role:
You will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s 1-year business plan, working closely with stakeholders to execute planning, reporting, and modelling activities.
You’ll coach and support other Finance Business Partners, and provide training on the BriksHousing model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Briks business planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and challenge
- Coach and mentor junior finance business partners
- Deliver training on BriksHousing systems and processes
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Briks business planning in a housing association
- Strong financial modelling and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Working Hours & Flexibility:
- 35 hours/week full-time, part-time working hours are also a consideration.
- Hybrid working 1–2 days on site in Leeds
- FTC up to 1 year
- Day rate options are also a consideration.
Benefits (FTC):
- Pension: 4–9% employer contribution
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
- Salary and rate: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) £55,000 – £60,000 Day rate- £450 – £550/day
