Finance Business Partner - Belfast - Temporary Contract

Your new role
- Manage grants budget and quarterly payments.
- Enhance financial reporting and ensure procurement value.
- Develop financial procedures and guidelines.
- Prepare Annual Accounts for authorities.
- Supervise finance team staff.
- Prepare management accounts and respond to auditors.
- Assist with corporate goal planning and ad hoc requests.
- Contribute to Corporate and Delivery Plan.
- Maintain accountability and stakeholder confidence.
- Foster positive partnerships and team collaboration.
- Adhere to policies and represent professionally.
What you'll need to succeed
Part-qualified member of a recognised accounting body or a fully qualified Accounting Technician.
At least 2 years of recent experience in;
- Month-end closure and account reconciliation.
- Internal or external audit processes.
- Budget management and report preparation.
- Providing financial support to non-financial departments.
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures.
- Staff management and performance oversight
- Desirable Criteria - Experience using Sage
