Your new role
As the Finance Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of the day-to-day financial management across two sites. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and analytics expert, guiding Operations, R&D, Commercial, and Projects teams via precise financial reporting, robust controls, and insightful business analytics—all while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, or CIMA part qualified.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a financial role, with exposure to manufacturing or long-term project accounting, financial statement preparation, and statutory audits.
  • Technical skills: Superior Excel modelling is essential, along with proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and other Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Key Attributes: A strong understanding of general accounting impacts on manufacturing operations, proven ability to drive LEAN process improvements, effective communication skills, and the confidence to handle confidential information in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
