This role will be part time - 25 hours per week.

Your new role
Your daily duties will include, but will not be limited too;

• Responsible for the day to day operations of finance department, working alongside a finance assistant
• Understanding and working knowledge of processing of orders, invoices, bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliations and authorisations
• Ability to problem-solve and challenge billing
• Budget monitoring
• Ability to operate finance packages – (PSF or equivalent), SIMS, School Comms, Cashless Catering systems
• Processing of Income invoices, reconciliation of income received.
• Oversee processing of payroll input
