Your new role
As a Senior Finance Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the internal finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Team Manager. You’ll be responsible for a broad range of duties including month-end reporting, bank reconciliations, payroll billing, and overseeing the purchase ledger. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries across the firm and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA (or working towards a recognised finance qualification)
- Previous experience in an internal finance role, preferably within professional services
- A good understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident in using Excel, with knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP and SUMIF
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage your workload independently
