Temporary Finance Assistant
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team on a temporary basis. This role will play a key part in supporting the team with day‑to‑day expenses processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround.
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee expense claims in line with company policies
- Check receipts, coding, approvals, and VAT compliance
- Resolve queries from staff and managers regarding claims
- Maintain accurate records and support month‑end tasks
- Assist the wider finance team with ad‑hoc administrative duties
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in finance administration or expenses processing
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage queries professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competence with Excel and finance systems (any system training provided)
