Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger, Finance admin
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of financial processes and a knack for administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable/receivable functions
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team and wider office
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a finance or admin role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
