We are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well‑established and growing Bicester-based organisation to recruit a motivated Finance Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team, supporting key financial processes and contributing to the smooth running of a busy department.

Your new role
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment runs
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems
- Carry out bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Review and process employee expenses in line with company policy
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end tasks, including journals and reports
- Prepare basic financial reports such as aged debtors/creditors
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
What you'll need to succeed
- Driven, organised, and eager to develop your finance career
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Excel and financial systems
- Experience in a finance role
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
