Your new company
A Secondary School based in North Birmingham is looking for a part time Finance Administrator to support the finance function. The cover 16 hours a week and are flexible on how the hours are carried out . The role is to start .ASAP to cover long term sickness.
Your new role
The role will entail raising purchase orders, goods receipting, investigating finance queries, processing invoices and liaising with suppliers etc. It will also include answering the phone and other data input and checking.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven finance admin experience in the above and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have a clear DBS check.
