Your new role

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide finance business partnering services across various internal areas in the business, focusing on key financial analysis.

• Prepare and maintain financial models for decision making
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
• Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary data for reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support internal audits as require
• Assist in the development of financial procedures to improve efficiency
• Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by management

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:

• Knowledge in accounting and experience as an analyst.
• Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
• Strong understanding of financial trends within the charity or Not-For-Profit sector
• Excellent numerical skills
• Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships across all levels
