Our client is searching for a Senior Finance Analyst, following a promotion. They are a well-known charity, that offers a work life balance and great opportunities.
Your new role
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide finance business partnering services across various internal areas in the business, focusing on key financial analysis.
- Prepare and maintain financial models for decision making
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
- Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary data for reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support internal audits as require
- Assist in the development of financial procedures to improve efficiency
- Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by management
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Knowledge in accounting and experience as an analyst.
- Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA
- Strong understanding of financial trends within the charity or Not-For-Profit sector
- Excellent numerical skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships across all levels
