Your new company

A global leader in sustainable building solutions is seeking a Finance Integration Analyst to support the onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses. This organisation is known for its innovation, international reach, and commitment to environmental responsibility. You’ll be joining a dynamic and fast-paced division that is expanding rapidly through strategic acquisitions.

Your new role

As Finance Integration Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth transition of newly acquired entities into the group’s financial and operational framework. You’ll act as the primary liaison between divisional finance, operational teams, and the acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with group policies, systems, and reporting standards.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and coordinating onboarding plans across finance, operations, systems, and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, Health & Safety, and Operations to streamline integration processes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving best practices.
  • Supporting cultural alignment and change management across diverse teams and geographies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong background in finance, ideally with experience in integration or transformation projects.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple functions and geographies.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
