PA - Legal Sector Nottingham Up to £30k

Working for a global law firm, based in their Nottingham Office. They work with a range of clients and offer advice on a range of services.

Your new role
As a legal PA, you will provide confidential, professional support to the leadership team and support 7 partners. You will have an assertive and forward-thinking approach.

You will handle a wide range of tasks and lead, by example, fostering ongoing personal and professional development amongst junior colleagues.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience working in a professional setting and strive to exceed client expectations by delivering outstanding service.
Be a proactive problem solver and take initiative and solve simple solutions efficiently.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with stakeholders and clients.
Delegate tasks across dedicated support teams while maintaining overall ownership
You will provide exceptional PA support to senior stakeholders, including managing calendars, organising meetings and handling confidential information.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients. Manage tasks with expertise and prioritise.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Copilot

Role:
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings
Act as a liaison point for both internal and external clients#Draft correspondence
Support the wider PA team
Manage mailboxes and diaries, including travel coordination
Draft agendas and prepare for meetings
Work flow management
Document management
Financial administration - coordinating billing and ensuring compliance is met
Marketing - organise events, create event material
Manage electronic filing
