Finance Administrator job in Frome
Your new company
Due to continued growth, a market leading business in Frome is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to strengthen its team.
Your new role
- Preparation of monthly accounting base data and supporting the preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Preparation and distribution of weekly sales reporting
- Processing invoices on internal systems
- Maintaining capital expenditure records
- Submitting routine ONS reports when requested
- Assisting with customs declarations to ensure uninterrupted supply of imported finished goods and raw materials
- Other general administration for the immediate and wider office team
What you'll need to succeed
- Good understanding of IT systems and software. Proficiency in MS Excel is of particular importance.
- Ability to prioritise and organise a large work load
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of explaining information simply to Finance, Operational and other non-finance staff
- Proven experience in a similar role
