Account Assistant
Your new company
Based in Ayrshire, our client is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their busy finance team on a permanent basis. The contract is Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm. The role will be undertaken in an office role with onsite parking available.
Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of a varied and fast-paced workload. Your duties will include; purchase ledger, sales ledger, assisting with month end, processing invoices, bank reconciliations, cash allocation, monthly supplier statements, credit control, and general associated finance administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven successful experience of the above duties. You will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will communicate with clients on a daily basis. With 2 years uk experience with managing purchase and sales ledgers.
