Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a dedicated Finance Administrator for a school in Kirklees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, purchase orders, and budget tracking
- Process payroll and staff expenses in line with school policies
- Liaise with suppliers, staff, and external agencies regarding financial matters
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits
- Support the wider administrative team as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in finance administration (preferably in an educational setting)
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and financial software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and professional approach
