With a strong reputation for delivering community-led, trauma-informed services, the organisation is now expanding its finance team as part of a major cross-border initiative funded through the PEACEPLUS Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven team making a real difference in people’s lives.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Part-qualified status with a recognised professional accounting body (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CIPFA) or be a fully qualified Accounting Technician.
- At least 2 years’ experience in:
- Budget management and variance analysis
- Using cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero)
- Payroll processing and compliance
- Month-end closure and management accounts preparation
- Supporting audits and working with non-financial teams
- Developing and implementing financial procedures
