Your new role

This Family Paralegal position offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, primarily focused on privately funded matters. You will support solicitors with cases involving divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, non-molestation and occupation orders, as well as cohabitation disputes.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 12 months’ experience in family law, with exposure to both privately funded and public law matters. A solid understanding of divorce, financial remedy, and care proceedings, along with strong communication and organisational skills, will be key to managing a varied caseload confidently and effectively.
