Your new company
I am currently recruiting a permanent administrator to join the finance team for my client. There are 8 other administrators within the team and the role will be working cohesively with colleagues as well as using previous experience to work off your own initiative. The role is available due to internal progression and is an excellent opportunity.
Your new role
Dealing with queries via email and telephone.
- Handling and organising documents, paperwork and files.
- Processing expenses.
- Maintaining records of appointments and liaising with customers where necessary.
- Organising and maintaining a centralised inbox.
- Dealing with suppliers, ordering and managing stock.
- Completing any ad-hoc project work as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within an Administration-based role.
- A team player, due to this being a large team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Packages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-organised.
- Flexible approach and a problem-solving attitude.
What you'll get in return
£24,000 per annum.
- Hybrid working, following completion of training, 1–2 days from home per week.
- Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, 37.5 hours per week.
- Company pension.
- Free on-site parking.
