Your new role
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of administrative tasks, providing support across various internal teams. You will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.
Key responsibilities- Provide a high level of administrative support to various internal teams
- Handle email and telephone enquiries
- Scheduling administration
- Utilising Microsoft Office Suite with efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service to external stakeholders
- Invoice management
- Organising and setting up meeting rooms
- Document control duties
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success in this highly visible role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and able to prioritise changing workloads
- Excellent communication skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Suite Applications
