Facilities Coordinator 6-month fixed-term contract

Well-established company based in SN2, Swindon.

Dates: ASAP Start, fixed term contract to finish 31st March 2026
Location: SN2, Onsite

What you will be doing:
  • Coordinating the facilities team to deliver safe, compliant, and well-maintained workplaces
  • Monitoring compliance, performance, and reporting on facilities targets
  • Conducting site audits and driving sustainability initiatives
  • Recording and resolving health, safety, and security incidents
  • Ensuring mandatory training and statutory actions are completed
  • Managing resources, expenses, and departmental planning
  • Supporting projects such as office moves, policy development, and new tools
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and sharing best practices
  • Handling purchase orders and assisting with procurement activities
  • Preparing reports and supporting senior leaders with meetings and documentation
Key Skills:
  • Facilities Management experience (or related field)
  • Health & Safety knowledge and compliance
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office, CAFM systems)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to influence and resolve conflicts
  • Planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Procurement and contract management awareness
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management
