Senior Facilities Coordinator – Doncaster – up to £33,000 per annum

ROLE: Senior Facilities Coordinator
HOURS: Full time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
LOCATION: On-site – Doncaster (DN1)

Our client is looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to act as the customer-facing representative for our facilities services, bringing together multiple service lines into one seamless point of contact and enhancing the day-to-day workplace experience for building users.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related enquiries, logging and managing requests through the CAFM system to ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with building occupants and floor leaders, holding regular meetings to communicate updates, issues and outstanding work.
  • Maintain a visible presence across the workplace, proactively checking shared areas, desks and collaboration spaces to ensure they are clean, tidy and welcoming.
  • Monitor service delivery standards across the allocated area, sharing best practice with colleagues to continuously improve performance
  • Play an active role during fire and emergency procedures in line with site requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a customer-focused environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience using CAFM systems, including logging jobs, producing reports and raising purchase orders
  • Strong IT skills, with competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A flexible, adaptable approach with good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations positively
  • A formal Health & Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH) is desirable.
