Your new job role will be;

• Overseeing repairs, scheduling inspections, and ensuring the premises remain in top condition.
• Keeping track of supplies, ordering new stock, and ensuring equipment is functional.
• Assisting with key management, monitoring access, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Arranging meeting spaces, setting up equipment, and ensuring everything is ready for use.
• Supporting workplace safety measures and ensuring all facilities meet regulations.
• Supervising cleaning schedules and waste disposal to maintain a hygienic environment.

What you'll need to succeed

For this role you will need;

- Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
- Previous experience working as a Caretaker/ Facilities Assistant

What you'll get in return

In return you will gain a Temp to Perm contract with a well established facilities management company.
