Facilities Assistant
Your new company
Hays are looking for an experienced facilities assistant to start on a commercial project in Bangor on a part-time basis, 5 hours a day with flexible hours between 9am–5pm
Your new role
- Conducting daily vehicle inspections
- Carrying out basic legionella checks (full training provided)
- General cleaning duties, including emptying bins
- Reception cover and front-of-house support
- Handling incoming and outgoing posts
- Escorting contractors on-site and ensuring compliance with site procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role is desirable but not essential.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
