Your new role

You will work closely with teachers to support students both in and out of the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing targeted support to students with additional learning needs
• Assisting with classroom management and lesson preparation
• Delivering small‑group and 1:1 interventions
• Supporting pupils to stay focused, motivated, and on track
• Collaborating with teaching and pastoral staff to ensure the best outcomes for student

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (school‑based preferred)
• A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
