Your new school
This Bristol primary school is in search of a hard-working Teaching Assistant with experience of working with EYFS children. Working five days a week, this role is extremely fast-paced and challenging. However, it is also rewarding as you see how the children learn and grow under your guidance. In this BS30 school, you will be working in various outstanding settings and alongside your class teacher and extensive school staff. This school is in BS30 with public transport available and a car park on the site of the school.
Your new role
With this EYFS Teaching Assistant role in BS30, you will be supporting the entirety of this EYFS class as they go through the first steps of learning. Your role will involve play-based learning and assisting the teacher in the development of these children; toilet trips and personal care will also be involved. There will be a focus on children learning numbers and letters for the first time.
Requirements to succeed in your new role
- Teaching Assistant experience within the last two years
- Two working references from your most recent jobs that apply relevance to the position
- Previous experience with EYFS children is desirable.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service – this can be done through us here at Hays
