Hays Education are currently working with a well-established primary school in Fleetwood who are recruiting for a number of Early Years TAs on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Your new role

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development.

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.

• Ensure that the nursery is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
