An amazing opportunity is available in the Hayes area to work for a reputable global manufacturing business for an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant in a 1-2-1 support role for the VP of HR on a permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work closely with a dynamic and creative individual in a global position, in a friendly and collaborative environment. Please note this role is fully based on site in Hayes with no hybrid working available.Your new role
Your new role will involve extensive diary management, managing appointments and meetings, international business travel and preparing schedules, planning and implementing meetings and providing necessary paperwork and preparation for the VP. You will attend calls and meetings, ensuring to take accurate minutes and action points, then circulating with relevant parties, processing expenses, handling complex information and preparing information for the HR team.Additionally, you will organise on-site and off-site meetings, company and training events, handle legal documents and collect signatures. You will be involved in project work, creating PowerPoint presentations and supporting with some elements of office management, occasionally covering for other PAs when they are on leave.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you must have Exec/Board Level/Senior Director support experience, ideally in a 1-2-1 support position, with experience working for a large, global organisation, strong experience in meeting minutes/preparation and support with presentations . A proactive, autonomous and flexible approach to work and acting with discretion is imperative. Experience working closely with a HR function would be desirable.What you'll get in return
In return, you'll be offered a permanent contract with a salary of between £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience (for the higher end relevant experience working closely with HR will be required), 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 5% annual discretionary bonus, private healthcare, standard hours 37.5 but the business works under core hours so option for shifts between 8am-4.30pm, 8.30-5.00pm or 9-5.30pm with an hours lunch, free parking is available on site. Please note this role is 5 days a week on site in the Hayes area, so local candidates with a reasonable commute can only be considered.
