Your new role
My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the C - Suite Team. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, requiring exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Support the CEO in board and leadership team meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
- Assist with project coordination and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
- Maintain an organised filing system and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at senior leadership level - 5 plus years
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
