An exciting new role is available for an EA to CEO for a full-time, permanent role based in Chiswick Business Park.

You’ll be joining an innovative organisation operating within the energy sector. This role is a full-time position working 5 days a week on site in Chiswick Business Park with free parking on site, so candidates will need to within a reasonable commute to the offices.

Your new role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO and support to Chairman, you’ll provide high-level, confidential support across strategic and operational priorities. You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, handle sensitive correspondence, and ensure the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all engagements. You’ll also support board-level meetings, draft agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key actions. This role demands discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is a full-time position working 5 days a week on site in Chiswick Business Park and is working for a fast-growing business within the energy sector.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring proven experience supporting senior executives and board members, with exceptional administrative, communication, and organisational skills. You’ll be confident managing complex schedules, drafting correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to have supported at Board level in a recent PA/EA position for a minimum of 2-3 years, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a meticulous attention to detail.

What you'll get in return

This full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role offers a competitive salary between £45,000 and £60,000, with free parking available. The position includes a generous benefits package: a 10% employer pension contribution (with a 4% employee input), 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays—rising by one day each year—and the choice of private medical insurance or a gym membership. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with flexibility available to suit individual needs.
