Your new role

My client is currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to the senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of operations.

  • Providing governance support across the business, maintaining robust systems, registers, and trackers.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and action logs for the Executive Team.
  • Support the Chief Executive with routine correspondence and enquiries.
  • Organise and support Board, Committee, Forum, and Executive Team meetings, including uploading papers to the Board portal.
  • Support onboarding of new Board members and maintaining the Policy Hub.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in executive support or high-level administration.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience or interest in GDPR and data protection (training can be provided).
  • A team player who is a role model
