Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Acting as a key point of contact, handling communications with internal and external stakeholders professionally
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
- Managing correspondence, emails, and documentation with attention to detail
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Supporting the coordination of internal meetings, events, and client engagements
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Supporting wider administrative tasks as required to ensure business continuity
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable providing support at senior level.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Strong diary management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
- A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment
- Familiarity with hybrid working models
- Ability to adapt quickly in a temporary/ongoing role
