Your new company

Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Swansea. My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team on a long-term temporary basis as an Executive Assistant.


Your new role

Your new role as Executive Assistant will see you joining a great Executive Support Team. This role will require you to have significant experience of working as an Executive Assistant. Your role will be varied, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient, professional and confidential administrative support to Executive Directors

  • Helping the Executive Directors to prioritise their workload by effectively managing their diaries

  • Managing email inbox

  • Preparing correspondence.

  • Managing meetings, agenda setting, minute taking and ensuring that all actions are followed up on and tracked.

  • Various other duties as and when required.


What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be an individual who possesses experience of working as an Executive or Personal Assistant. You will be required to have excellent organisational skills, be practical and reliable and possess fantastic communication skills both verbally and written. Further to this, you must be capable of working on your own initiative as well as a part of a wider team. You will be a problem solver who is capable of prioritising your workload effectively.


What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a competitive premium hourly rate of £16 - £18 per hour. The position is a long-term temporary position and, for the right candidate, has the potential to be made into a fixed-term position. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week. The role is fully office based and there is free parking available on site. The organisation offers a very generous holiday allowance.
