Your new role
You will provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive, including diary, email, and travel management, other duties are as follows:- Act as the main point of contact for the Chief Executive’s office, managing communications and follow-ups
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and speaking engagements
- Support governance functions including Board and subcommittee meetings, papers, and minutes
- Manage trustee recruitment, induction, and compliance with governance frameworks
- Oversee governance registers, policies, and the governance budget
What you'll need to succeed
Key requirement for this role: Proven experience in a position providing executive support at senior leadership, C-Suite level.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience supporting governance functions and working with Boards or trustees
- Confident using digital tools for remote working and collaboration
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
