You will be working for a public sector organisation based in North Bristol.
Your new roleYou will be leading and supporting a team of PAs as the EA to the CEO and Chair of this organisation. Duties are as follows:
- Provide executive support to the Chief Executive and Chair.
- Manage diaries, travel, inboxes, and meeting arrangements
- Supervise personal assistants within the Chief Executive’s office
- Ensure the CE is fully prepared with briefings and materials
- Handle internal and external enquiries professionally and discreetly
- Support meetings with agendas, minutes, and action tracking
- Contribute to projects and improve administrative systems
What you'll need to succeed
The key to this role is to have a passion for leadership, working as part of a team, and proactive assessment of the team's priorities and actions. Other requirements are as follows:- Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably C-Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong judgement, initiative, and attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to coordinate a small team and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hybrid working tools
- (Desirable) Experience with complex stakeholders or project work
