A large Trust of Secondary Schools is looking for a Executive Assistant to provide support to the group Executive team. The role Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm. The role is to cover long term sickness. The role is to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
You will be providing full administration to the trust Executive team. This will include full diary management and arranging meeting. The role will also include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. The role is supporting the most senior individuals within the school group so confidentiality is paramount. The role requires an individual who is very IT literate as you will be responsible for formatting documents, producing presentations and producing reports. You will be an exceptionally organised individual.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked as PA, preferably within an education setting or similar and have recent satisfactory references carrying out this role. You will also have a current enhanced DBS in order to start the placement immediately.
