Estimator / Sales Quotation Administrator - Fixed contract 6/7 months Sheffield £32,000 - £35,000

Your new company
Working for a leading organisation Sheffield ( north Sheffield ) you will be part of a thriving business who due to several projects need to add additional support to their Estimating Department for a period of 6/7 months.

KEY VACANCY INFORMATION
This position is a fixed term contract - £32,000 - £35,000 6/7 months
Ideal start is June 2025
Immediate start required ( we ask that successful applicants not be on long notice periods and are available to start quickly)
Office based ( no hybrid working option)
Full time hours Monday to Friday - 40 hours
8.30 am - 5.30pm ( around these hours)
Modern offices and facilities
Free parking
Close to good transport routes / motorway etc.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business and provide support with immediate effect within the estimating team.
This will be a busy role and will suit a candidate with excellent sales quotation experience ideally from a manufacturing/service sector background.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate recent and relevant prior experience as per the duties of the role as outlined below ;

- Provide support to a busy sales department by handling customer enquiries and quote and re - quote requests
- Add system updates and update customer information
- Be responsible for reviewing customer tender / order requests and producing quotes, these quotes are recorded in the CRM system
- Be responsible for reviewing tender specifications and processing quote
- Review pricing of quotes and make sure that the correct pricing and discount structures are applied
- Submit quotes inline with customer SLA's
- Convert customer orders with in the system, updating CRM and reviewing to check that all information is correct, liaision with the wider operational business as required
- Monitor the sales inbox and distribute correspondence to relevant departments
- Identify new projects in various platforms to make the sales team aware of other tender/bid ops
- Excellent knowledge of CRM / MS Office required
- Intermediate level Excel skills preferred

What you'll need to succeed
Successful applicants must be available to start a fixed term contract in Sheffield ASAP.
Prior knowledge and experience of a high level of Sales Administration/ Internal Sales Admin / Sales quotation processes would be preferred
Excellent commercial awareness and customer service skills
Excellent customer relations experience required
Experience of CRM would be preferred
Microsoft AX systems preferred
