Your New Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key part in supporting a growing pipeline of work across multiple sectors. Depending on your experience level, responsibilities will include:

• Producing accurate take-offs and cost estimates for drylining and associated packages

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams

• Supporting senior staff with pricing strategies and bid submissions

• Helping drive continuous improvement within the estimating function

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in estimating within drylining, interior fit-out, or related construction sectors (experience level flexible)

• Strong analytical, numerical, and IT skills

• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn, develop, or step up
