Your new role

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of construction projects by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates. You will work closely with the pre-construction and commercial teams to analyse tender documents, assess project requirements, and develop pricing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and evaluate pricing.
  • Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options within tenders.
  • Supporting bid submissions and attending pre- and post-tender meetings.
  • Collaborating with project managers, quantity surveyors, and design teams to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
  • Maintaining and updating estimating databases and tools.

What you'll need to succeed
