Your new role
As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in pricing and tendering for refurbishment and retrofit projects, including high-rise and housing schemes. You’ll work closely with project teams to deliver accurate cost estimates that support successful bids and profitable delivery.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an Estimator in housing refurbishment on the contractor side.
- Background in retrofit and high-rise projects.
- A Junior Estimator from a Tier 1 contractor looking for progression, or a Senior Estimator from an SME seeking a new challenge.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
