Your new role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects. You will work closely with the pre-construction and commercial teams to analyse tender documents, assess project requirements, and develop pricing strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Obtaining and evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
- Supporting bid submissions and attending relevant meetings.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on scope and budget.
- Maintaining and updating estimating tools and databases.

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or a related field.
