With multiple offices across the UK, they operate a hybrid model with no set days in the office. You’d be expected to attend a local office if required for internal or external meetings.
Your new role
You will have the opportunity to work and deliver across a range of varied sectors, regularly applying your experience and knowledge to unique projects.
Main duties include…
- Offer advice and expertise on a range of nuclear inputs for projects
- Writing and editing high quality technical and non-technical reports
- Leading business development and building client relationships
- Managing and delivering a range of Environmental Permit / Licence applications
- Work in a collaborative environment, speaking internally and externally and mentoring others
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have UK Right to Work and the ability to pass security clearance (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years)
- A degree in an environmental or related subject
- Proven experience in the nuclear sector, operations or waste, for example (essential)
- Strong understanding of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and relevant legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in environmental permit application and compliance (ideal)
- Experience in the defence sector (ideal)
