Sittingbourne, situated on the north Kent coast, is a thriving market town with a fascinating history. Its strategic location—Midway between London and Dover—makes it an ideal choice for commuters. Within an hour by train, you can escape the city chaos and find yourself in this charming area or even on the beach. But Sittingbourne isn’t just about convenience; it’s a place where old meets new. Recent investments have revitalised the town centre, complete with a hotel, cinema, bowling and restaurants. Housing options thrive from modern developments to Victorian townhouses and rustic barn conversions. Beyond the town, picturesque villages like Bapchild and Hartlip, are surrounded by orchards and hop gardens. And the best part? Despite its proximity to London, Sittingbourne remains affordable—a place where history, modernity, and natural beauty harmoniously coexist.
