Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical).

• Proven experience in a similar hands-on engineering leadership role.

• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.

• Experience using CMMS systems to manage and track maintenance tasks.

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
