Your new role

As a Legal Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Conveyancing process and ensuring property transactions run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Providing efficient and effective administrative support to Conveyancers.
  • Managing initial matter set-up procedures, including producing confirmation of instruction letters and updating central records.
  • Entering entities and capacities on new client/matter files.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collating and completing due diligence to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
  • Handling routine client telephone enquiries and gathering necessary information for file opening.
  • Working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support a seamless client experience.
