With a good sized employment department that continues to win new work, this employment solicitor role will enable you to handle an interesting mix of contentious and non-contentious respondent employment matters. This role is a strategic addition to the department and provides a clear opportunity for career progression. You can expect to enjoy advising a real breadth of clients spanning various sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an employment lawyer with 6+ years' pqe who is operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. With good client care and client development skills, you will be a well rounded team player. Applications are welcomed from those looking to work part-time.
