Your new role
This employment solicitor role will see you handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for a respondent client base. The client list includes a mix of OMBs/SMEs as well as a number of larger corporates. You can look forward to enjoying plenty of client contact and playing a significant role in business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an employment lawyer with 4+ years' pqe and with well rounded technical skills. Possessing good communication skills, you should be able to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions for clients.
