Your new role
This employment solicitor role will see you handle the full range of employment work for a respondent client base. This will include equal pay issues, unfair dismissal, grievance and disciplinary issues, discrimination and whistleblowing matters. Your caseload will comprise both advisory and contentious matters and you can look forward to working with clients across a range of sectors. In addition, you will play a role in business and client development.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an employment lawyer with 4+ years' pqe who has the ability to forge long lasting relationships with clients and to work at all levels within the business.
