Your new role
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll provide comprehensive employment law advice to members via phone, email, and written documentation. You’ll manage a varied caseload of predominantly non-contentious matters, draft contracts and settlement agreements, and assist with disciplinary and grievance hearings. You’ll also contribute to legal resources, articles, and templates, ensuring members stay informed on key developments.

What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law (guidelines only).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues.
- Excellent organisational and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- A commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and delivering exceptional client service.
